    This incredible glass-front home offers all the commodities of a double-storey house without ever having to climb any stairs. The wood vertical stilts that form the exterior finish give it a modern-style look, while the glass front allows you to see the beautiful view from any part of this EcoHome, whether you’re lying in bed or having a drink in the living room.

    To enter the house, slide the large glass doors that lead to the 9.6m x 2.4m lobby. A useful space to have in case the AC is turned on and you don’t want to let the heat in. Right in front of you is the main entry to the house. Slide the glass doors again and step inside the dining room/living room. This 6.6m x 2.4m space has an open-plan design, useful for larger families or holiday meals. It can also be easily divided with a tall bookshelf or a folding screen.

    On the left is the kitchen with a squared design of 2.4m x 2.8m, spacious enough for easy working. Next to where the fridge is, you’ll find the door to the 6m x 2.4 laundry room, which is big enough to fit a washer, dryer, a couple of hanging racks, ironing board, surf board, boogie board…you name it! This space also has its separate entry on the side, for avoiding wet messes. The separate entry to the laundry features an outdoor terrace, which is quite convenient if you wish to hang a clothesline or simply put some recliners in to enjoy the sun.

    Stepping out of the laundry room and into the main house, turn right and walk along the 1.1m-wide corridor. Inside the first door on your right is the 3.7m x 2.4m lounge room. This space can fit a medium sofa and a media centre for watching sports games, or you can fit a full-size bed or a pull-out sofa bed for guests sleeping over.

    To move on to the first bedroom, step outside of the living room and continue walking down the corridor. At the end is the 3.7m x 3.5m bedroom, which has been designed to place the bed against the wall opposite to the glass doors, so you can enjoy watching the sunrise from the comfort of your bed. This room also fits a large dressing room and has its own access to the 2.4m x 1.5m bathroom, with toilet, sink and shower. Beside the shower, you’ll find a door to a small interior patio. Turn this space into a beautiful small garden to provide another wonderful view from your home, and if you’re feeling fancy, step out after your shower and let the air dry you out.

    To arrive at the second bedroom, walk down the corridor to the opposite side of the house, through the kitchen, dining room and living room. As you open the sliding door, you are looking into the other 3.7m x 3.5m bedroom. This room also features a complete glass front to see the view while lying in bed. Next to it is the entrance to the private bathroom of 3.5m x 1.5m, with toilet, sink and shower. This bathroom also has its own private interior patio, allowing you to get creative and use as you wish.
